Introduce them, and you earn 25% of our management fee for their first year — then 10% for as long as we manage the property. Not a one-off finder's fee. Every month, for years.
A property earning $3,500 a month
At our 13% Premium Plan rate: 25% of the fee for a year, then 10%.
Your name and email is enough. Your code and your personal link appear on this page immediately — no waiting, nobody to chase.
An owner, an investor, a neighbour with a basement suite. Anyone who arrives through your link is credited to you automatically. People who ring us instead — just tell us who sent them.
Once they have been with us three months, your share starts. You can watch it add up on your own page, and we pay by e-transfer each quarter.
Move the slider to roughly what the place would take in a month. Everything below is calculated on our real rates.
Based on a 13% management fee, our Premium Plan rate and the plan most owners choose. The exact fee is agreed with each owner, and your share is always 25% of it in the first year and 10% after. Nothing here is a guarantee of what any property earns.
Most referral schemes pay once. Ours pays every month the property is with us — three introductions that stay five years is real money, not a thank-you.
You get a private page showing every introduction, where each one has got to, and what you have earned. No asking anyone for an update.
You are putting your name to us. We handle the licensing, the guests, the cleaning and the pricing — and the person you sent stays your friend.
It takes a minute and your link appears on this page straight away.
